EFFECT OF JOB INVOLVEMENT ON EMPLOYEES SATISFACTION IN MINISTRY OF HEALTH (HEADQUARTERS) PUTRAJAYA


The public service has been subjected to many problems such as red tape, inefficiency, lack of flexibility, ineffective accountability, corruption, attitude problem, and poor performance. Ethical problems can affect government image which also affect work effectiveness (job involvement) of civil servant.The study found out that involvement is another attribute of organizational success among staff that is not well studies among support employees of the Ministry Of Health (MOH) Malaysia. This study was based  on cross sectional design.The study used descriptive analysis, factoranalysis to measure the validity of data collection.From the anlysis resulted in MOH, trust in leadership and job satisfaction is one of the important items that related to job involvement.

Therefore, there is a dire need to establish a database to manage these high volumes of dissertations and theses.
