This study is to understand the privacy boundary management among employees in Human Resource Department, Ministry of Education using the Communication Privacy Management. The boundary rules formations of privacy concern, privacy risk, privacy control, disposition to value and privacy awareness are used as a guide in measuring boundary dimensions with particular reference to boundary permeability, boundary ownership and boundary linkage. A quantitative approach was used to gain depth understanding of privacy boundary management in Human Resource Department, Ministry of Education. Data was obtained from 269 employees who had been working with the department. The data analysis was conducted using SPSS. The overall findings show that there are positive correlations of boundary rules formations towards privacy boundary management dimensions. The most critical factor for privacy management boundary is boundary ownership dimension.
