This study aims to investigate the effect of human capital investment namely Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Succession Planning and Organizational Culture on organisational performance. This study was about dimensions that influences students's perception on social cohesion. The aim of this study is to access the level of social cohesion and to determine the factors that contribute to the students' perception on social cohesion. The questionnaires have been distributed to a total of 380 students  at UKM through convenient sampling technique.
