The aim of this study is to identify the level of awareness of the civil servants towards corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance at the government agency in Sarawak. Using a quantitative approach, 12 agencies were identified. From there, 384 questionnaires were administered to the respondent using convenience sampling. The returned responses were 100%.
